      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive incremental sales growth by cultivating business relationships with assigned customer portfolios
      - Utilize Salesforce for planning sales activities and managing customer communications
      - Conduct initial customer meetings to sell the employer's value proposition and quote materials
      - Establish effective partnerships by completing a minimum of 10 sales call appointments per week
      - Participate in district/regional meetings and communicate weekly activities with the Pro Sales Manager

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be eighteen years of age or older
      - Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
      - Minimum of 2 years of work experience
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to create and cultivate an active network of relationships both inside and outside the organization

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5 years of professional work experience
      - 2 years of account management or sales management experience
      - 2+ years of experience in the home improvement or home building industry
      - Successful professional growth in a high-paced retail environment
      - Strong leadership and negotiation skills
