What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive incremental sales growth by cultivating new business relationships and managing assigned customer portfolios
- Conduct a minimum of 10 sales call appointments per week to establish effective partnerships with customers
- Utilize Salesforce to manage ongoing customer communications and sales activities
- Prospect for new business by leveraging leads from internal teams and community interactions
- Participate in district/regional meetings and communicate weekly activities with the Pro Sales Manager
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of account management/sales management experience
- Legally permitted to work in the United States
- Completion of a high school diploma and/or GED
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5 years of professional work experience
- 2 plus years of experience in the home improvement or home building industry
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills with the ability to influence others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to build and cultivate an active network of relationships
