      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Sign up a minimum of 12 new shops per month within the assigned area
      - Conduct 15 daily visits to leads and existing merchants to maintain relationships and increase sales
      - Accurately log all merchant interactions and sales activities in CRM
      - Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to merchants
      - Utilize Salesforce Maps for optimized daily visit routes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of outside sales experience
      - Experience in selling to automotive repair centers is highly preferred
      - Strong knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
      - Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
      - Must be self-motivated, assertive, and able to take initiative

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in high-volume, customer-focused sales environments such as automotive rentals or wireless sales
      - Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
      - Bilingual in Spanish
      - Proficiency in MS Office and web presentation tools
      - Willingness to travel outside of your territory at least 10% of the time
