What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales results to meet individual and company goals through professional sales techniques
- Build and maintain relationships with existing accounts while targeting and acquiring new customers
- Reevaluate strategies to increase market share within assigned territory
- Utilize company resources to maintain organized documentation of sales activities
- Provide timely follow-up and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B or non-retail sales experience
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record, meeting insurance underwriting requirements
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and/or general rigging (preferred)
- Familiarity with industrial construction and maintenance (preferred)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Outside sales experience in equipment rentals
- Knowledge of local projects and market conditions
- Experience with CRM software for sales documentation
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills with mid and senior-level managers
