- Sales Development: Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and recommending products and services that align with their business objectives.
- Product Demonstration: Conduct on-site demonstrations of OBE products and services, highlighting tailored benefits and features.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities. Offer feedback to our marketing and product development teams to enhance OBE's offerings.
- Contract Negotiations: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts, ensuring they meet company policies and customer satisfaction.
- Strong Presentation Skills: Essential for explaining product benefits, negotiating deals, and building client rapport.
- Relationship-Building Ability: Key to developing long-term customer relationships, understanding their needs, and being a dependable contact.
- Strategic Thinking: Develop plans that align with both company and client objectives, understanding market trends and effectively positioning our products.
