What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Cultivate new sales relationships and drive incremental sales growth with assigned customer portfolios
- Utilize Salesforce for planning sales activities and managing customer communications
- Conduct initial customer meetings to promote the employer's value proposition
- Collaborate with Pro Account Expeditor to enhance the customer transaction experience
- Participate in district/regional meetings and communicate weekly activities to the Pro Sales Manager
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of account management/sales management experience
- Completion of a high school diploma and/or GED
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5 years of professional work experience
- 2 plus years of experience in the home improvement or home building industry
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills with the ability to influence others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a network of relationships
