      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote, sell, and secure new accounts for the employer
      - Provide existing accounts with necessary products, information, and support
      - Prepare and communicate price quotations, terms of sales, and delivery schedules
      - Resolve customer complaints and assist in the collection of accounts receivable
      - Maintain current knowledge of sales performance and market conditions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the building materials or related industry
      - Working knowledge of building materials industry and products
      - Ability to negotiate prices and contractual agreements
      - Must possess a valid Driver's License in the state of employment

      - Experience estimating materials from blueprints
      - Strong strategic mindset with the ability to plan and align work with organizational goals
      - Proven ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
