What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate profitable business from the range of equipment specialized in your profit center
- Develop and implement sales plans to grow business and maintain the current customer base
- Expand an existing portfolio through cold-calling and closing skills
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction
- Build the national branding identity of the employer
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year college degree in a related field with at least 1 year of related experience OR 3-4 years of related sales experience
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Solid computer skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of ground protection, construction, or specialty industrial equipment
- Previous experience in roles such as Account Manager, Rental Sales, or Customer Service Representative
