      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while growing territory sales
      - Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
      - Conduct effective product training seminars and presentations for customers
      - Manage sales programs and inventory to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
      - Plan and execute custom fitting days and customer consumer events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 4 years of selling experience required for entry-level volume territory
      - Experience in outside territory account management preferred
      - Industry experience preferred
      - Knowledge of golf preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the sporting goods or golf industry
      - Proven track record of achieving sales targets
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage territory effectively
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Familiarity with sales tools and data management systems
