  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Generate profitable business by developing assigned territory and implementing sales plans
  - Maintain and grow the current customer base while expanding the existing portfolio
  - Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  - Leverage cold-calling and closing skills to drive sales in a high-demand market
  - Build and promote the national branding identity of the employer
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 4-year college degree in a related field with at least 1 year of related experience, or 3-4 years of related sales experience
  - Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  - Minimum age of 21
  - Strong project management and customer retention skills
  - Effective communication and negotiation skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Knowledge of ground protection, construction, or specialty industrial equipment
  - Bilingual (Spanish) skills may be preferred in some locations
  - Previous experience in roles such as Account Manager, Rental Sales, or Customer Service Representative
