      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales results to achieve individual and company sales goals through effective sales techniques
      - Build and maintain relationships with existing accounts while targeting new customers in the assigned territory
      - Regularly assess and communicate strategies to increase market share to management
      - Utilize internal CRM and company resources for organized documentation and reporting of sales activities
      - Provide timely follow-up and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of 3 years of B2B or non-retail sales experience required
      - Bilingual in Spanish and English, with fluency in speaking and writing required
      - Knowledge of industrial equipment and general rigging strongly preferred
      - Valid driver's license with a good driving record required, meeting insurance underwriting requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in outside sales within the equipment rental industry
      - Knowledge of industrial construction and maintenance
