What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to meet business goals and revenue targets
- Build and maintain meaningful business relationships with solar installers in the region
- Participate in sales blitzes and marketing events to generate impactful results
- Manage inventory health while addressing customer needs through win/win deal-making
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor strengths and weaknesses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least two years of experience in solar B2B sales
- Highly organized and self-directed with strong decision-making skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral, presentation, and written communication skills
- Ability to meet monthly revenue targets and hold oneself accountable
- Comfortable with CRM software and proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the distribution space
- Spanish-speaking ability
- Deep understanding of the solar industry and current market products
- Technically and digitally competent
- Willingness to travel up to 60% within the region
