      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage day-to-day sales activities and overall relationships with architectural millwork companies and fabricators in the designated territory
      - Conduct face-to-face consultations with existing and potential new customers to discuss Richelieu surfacing product solutions
      - Maintain accountability for territory growth through new client acquisition and development of existing relationships
      - Provide exceptional customer service, positioning yourself as a one-stop shop for customers
      - Stay updated on Richelieu's surfacing product offerings, market conditions, and competitive analysis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of successful consultative outside sales experience in solid surface, premium panel, or laminate categories
      - Existing network of fabricator relationships is an advantage
      - Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and coachability
      - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
      - Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - University degree preferred, but not required
      - Developed analytical, planning, organizing, and monitoring abilities
      - Ability to effectively manage and schedule your own time to deliver results
