      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify, pre-qualify, and close new accounts while managing existing accounts within the assigned territory
      - Conduct weekly overnight travel to effectively manage time and client meetings
      - Gather local market intelligence and communicate pertinent information to the home office
      - Collaborate with management on special promotions, product specials, and marketing initiatives
      - Develop and maintain participation in regional Pool Group opportunities and round table discussions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma
      - At least 3 years of experience in an outside sales role
      - Advanced sales and closing techniques
      - Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record according to company standards
      - Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with various teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - College degree
      - Experience in the building materials industry
