What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assess presenting problems and psychosocial stressors of callers
- Complete risk assessments to ensure caller safety and well-being
- Utilize effective programmatic systems to support monitoring and progression
- Collaborate with Crisis Response Services in various Districts
- Receive training to become certified as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate Degree preferred, or equivalent college coursework
- Ability to earn MHRT-CSP certification within 30 days of employment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of crisis-related experience
- Familiarity with DSM-V information
- Flexible schedule availability
- Strong ability to manage complex tasks effectively
