What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years' experience working an overnight shift
- 2+ years' experience in high-volume, high-level customer service
- Experience using and learning complex computer systems
- Work from home experience is a plus
- Call center experience is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Property and Casualty licensing
- Experience in a remote work environment
