      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the carrier review process by analyzing performance metrics and ensuring alignment with operational goals
      - Interrogate marketing funnels for opportunities and optimize performance through comparative rater execution
      - Prepare and deliver monthly reports providing actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders
      - Coordinate projects related to underwriting, agent variation, and daily operations to enhance performance across state portfolios
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement operational improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in P&C insurance, product analysis, or service operations
      - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar)
      - Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
      - Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
