      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with the External Compliance Support team and other departments to assist clients during audits
      - Manage research, responses, and communication regarding audit findings
      - Serve as a subject matter expert for compliance audits and maintain knowledge of Medicare Part D and relevant regulations
      - Handle a large volume of audit support requests using a CRM system
      - Communicate potential audit risks and recommend process improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the PBM, prior authorization, or healthcare fields
      - Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
      - Current Pharmacy Technician License and/or CPhT certification without restriction
      - Analytical skills in healthcare data and systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in prior authorization, data analysis, and claims research
      - PMP or CFE certification
      - Advanced skills in building queries and performing data quality control
