Job Description

- Act as a point of contact among executives, employees, and other external stakeholders
- Manage calendars and set up meetings.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Ensuring information flow to the COO is accurate and timely.
- Ensure that all the COOs' commitments are met on time.
- Format internal and external communications including memos, emails, and reports.
- Screen and direct correspondence
- Provide and maintain a high-level overall support to the COO.
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant or a Personal Assistant to a COO
- Excellent MS office knowledge
- Outstanding diary management and time management skills
- Familiar with IT and applications
- Excellent Verbal and written skills
- Discretion and confidentiality are a must.

We are seeking a Personal Assistant with strong diary management and workflow management skills.
The key responsibilities will include diary management, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, workflow management, approval management and management of the governance papers process.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be well organised, have extremely good time management skills and be confident in an autonomous role.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be a part of the overall growth of the Business Support Unit and make a key contribution to the overall efficiency of our finance business function through the support of our COO.
