Job summary
The Whalebridge Group operates three GP practice in Swindon, and they wish to recruit a personal assistant to their senior management team.
The successful candidate will be well organised and IT literate. The role will involve communicating with colleagues and other agencies, so good verbal and written communication is essential.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a commitment to working as part of a strong and effective team.
About us
The Whalebridge Group is looking for a PA to join their team, to work at Sparcells Surgery, but possibly to cover 3 sites within Swindon. Ideally the successful candidate will have previous experience.
The role is full time.

MAIN ROLE AND PURPOSE OF THE POST
The PA to the senior management team will:
Assist with the smooth running of the management team.
Provide a discrete and confidential service.
Carry out tasks on behalf of the senior managers.
Liaise with staff or external agencies as required.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
To work closely with the Senior Management Team providing support to a range of activities as necessary.
Produce letters, documents and spreadsheets as required and to a high standard of accuracy.
To manage the senior management email account and ensure that messages are prioritised, and appropriate deadlines are added.
Provide diary management to the senior managers.
Distribute information to the practice team as necessary.
To collect information and present it in an appropriate format, to given deadlines.
To develop and maintain an accurate, robust and current electronic filing system.
To organise meetings including preparing agendas, distributing papers and inviting attendees. At the meeting they will take notes and subsequently prepare and distribute minutes.
To organise/assist in the planning of practice events, including preparation of content and booking of suitable venues.
The senior managers work from three sites and the PA will be required to work from all sites as required.
