      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide quality care to participants under the supervision of the Supervisor of Home Care and nurses
      - Perform related tasks in accordance with the participant's plan of care
      - Support a team of caregivers dedicated to enhancing the well-being of older adults
      - Maintain accurate documentation using Electronic Medical Records (EMS)
      - Assist with the daily living activities of the geriatric population

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience working with the geriatric population
      - Previous experience in hospice, home health, or long-term care
      - Knowledge of principles, practices, standards, and techniques of a CNA
      - Current driver's license, auto insurance, and dependable transportation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficient with Electronic Medical Records (EMS)
      - Experience in a team-based healthcare setting
