Join our dynamic team as a Manufacturing Machine Technician and be at the forefront of cutting-edge pharmaceutical production! We are seeking an experienced professional with over 5 years of hands-on expertise in the field, possessing a comprehensive understanding of cGMP, Safety guidelines, and proficiency with IMA, Hoonga, and Uhlmann machinery.

salary: $30-$40 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School



Responsibilities

• Conduct daily setup, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning of machines related to blister/carton operations
• Execute precision changeovers, setups, adjustments, and troubleshooting for blister card machines, cartoning machines, and other equipment on the blister/carton line
• Play a key role in maintaining optimal machine functionality to minimize waste and maximize uptime
• Install and set up new vision systems as required (Preferred, but not required)
• Proficient in troubleshooting PLC and machine circuit boards (Preferred, but not required)
• Complete, review, and initiate accurate line set-up sheets
• Proactively perform Preventative Maintenance Tasks (PMs) as assigned
• Address reactive maintenance (RMs) promptly when needed
• Actively participate in IQ/OQ/PQ processes for new machines/tooling
• Continuously review and assess the functionality of machine safety features
• Familiarity with IMA, Hoonga, and Uhlmann machinery

The essential functions of this role include:
