What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development of new and existing end-user customers focused on the packaging portfolio in various markets, including Food & Beverage and Healthcare
- Collaborate with the packaging sales team and inside sales resources to engage on new opportunities
- Set and achieve sales goals using available resources and tactics
- Build and maintain relationships with key personnel to attain territory sales goals and generate new business leads
- Contribute to the development of growth targets aligned with business plans for increased territory penetration
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Minimum of three (3) years of Field Sales Experience independently managing a specified territory
- Current, valid Driver’s License
- Strong sales/business acumen and selling skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce.com preferred)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Business or Sales Development from an accredited institution
- Five (5) years of professional field sales experience with collaboration responsibilities
- Technical/Mechanical understanding
- Ability to use financial data to drive sales
- Current, qualified employees of the employer’s ISMC will be preferred
