What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Optimize clinical workflow processes within medical imaging departments
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency
- Configure and support modalities and PACS workstations
- Conduct assessments of solution environments for successful transitions during Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures
- Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to communicate storage and compute needs for PACS applications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Sr Analyst in PACS implementation and support
- Proficiency in HL7 / DICOM standards and medical terminology
- Knowledge of VPN, NAT technologies, and database structures
- Experience with PACS integration processes with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and Radiological Information Systems (RIS)
- Ability to configure and support 3rd party applications associated with PACS

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional experience in Change Health (McKesson) PACS, Client Centricity, or Fuji Synapse
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
