      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in all phases of the system development life cycle, including the development of use cases and evaluation of software solutions
      - Develop, configure, and modify moderately complex information systems, ensuring effective application maintenance
      - Serve as a key IT resource for implementation and support of medical imaging systems, including PACS and CVIS PACS
      - Build strong relationships with end-user communities, customers, and business partners to facilitate training and support
      - Provide second-level support as an EHR subject matter expert to resolve incidents or fulfill requests

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1 year of applicable IT or clinical experience
      - Specific EHR modules certification required within 3 months of class completion
      - Excellent analytical, organizational, and verbal communication skills
      - Strong understanding of healthcare business processes and technology
      - Ability to travel in-state and out-of-state as needed

      - Working knowledge of IT solutions and interfacing
      - Basic understanding of healthcare workflows and terminology
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      - Experience in project leadership for EHR applications software releases
