What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build, launch, and maintain successful campaigns across Paid Search and Paid Social platforms, primarily Google Ads and Meta
- Continuously optimize in-platform performance and pioneer new tests to meet client goals
- Utilize Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 for tracking and measurement setup
- Develop and deliver regular automated and customized performance reports to clients
- Collaborate with team members to strategize and execute incrementality tests and campaign strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of agency experience and 3-5 years of overall relevant paid media and analytics experience
- Proficiency in Paid Search/Google Ads and Meta, with up-to-date knowledge of platform features
- Regular use of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for technical measurement tasks
- Strong skills in Google Sheets and/or Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to connect tactical operations to measurable business impacts for clients
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Funnel.io, Looker Studio, and/or Hubspot is a plus
- Previous hands-on experience with incrementality or incremental measurement
