What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage paid digital campaigns focusing on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
- Develop strategic PPC roadmaps based on client goals and budgets
- Build and manage reporting, analyzing data and optimizing campaigns as needed
- Interface with clients during meetings, providing campaign updates and sharing best practices
- Conduct in-depth audits of clients' existing paid media accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Development, or a similar field, or commensurate experience
- Proven success with paid search and social campaigns, specifically Google and Facebook ads
- Deep understanding of various paid digital advertising platforms, including search, display, and social
- Extensive experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong organizational abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data visualization platforms such as Google Data Studio or Tableau
- Working knowledge of search engine optimization principles and email marketing
- Strong business knowledge of B2B and B2C sales processes and media mix planning
- Ability to identify and interpret marketing analytics for strategy development
