What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute optimizations across client Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts following industry best practices
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to enhance efficiency and ROI
- Manage day-to-day ad account maintenance and reporting in support of the SEM Manager
- Conduct research and share insights to aid in strategic campaign planning
- Collaborate with Performance Team members to ensure alignment on client goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong attention to detail and high level of organization
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for learning digital marketing principles
- Ability to remain productive and focused in a remote environment
- Familiarity with Google Ads and/or Facebook (Meta) Ads is helpful
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress, or HTML
- Familiarity with project management tools (Teamwork or similar) and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Chat)
- Basic graphic design knowledge
