      Job Description

      The Panel Marketing Specialist leads the execution of data-driven marketing campaigns aimed at panel growth, engagement, and retention across all centralised panels and key markets. Responsible for end-to-end marketing initiatives delivery, performance analysis, and continuous optimization in alignment with brand guidelines and marketing best practices.

      Essential Job Functions:
      Including, but not limited to the following:

      • Develop and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Team Lead and Manager.
      • Manage campaign lifecycle from ideation to post-analysis.
      • Handle audience and payment data accurately, following data protection and company guidelines.
      • Follow departement procedures to maintain campaign accuracy and consistency.
      • Implement A/B testing and data-driven optimizations.
      • Ensure deliverability, personalization, and compliance.
      • Produce campaign reports and insights for optimization.
      • Collaborate with all Panel functions and the wider team as required to ensure Global Panel goals are delivered.
      • Brief and collaborate with design, content, and analytics teams.
      • Respond to member and internal queries professionally and within timelines.
      • Stay current with marketing trends and innovations.
      • Support panel growth strategies and knowledge sharing.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
      • 3+ years of experience in B2C affiliate and digital marketing with emphasis in email marketing
      • Fluent English; additional language preferred.
      • Email automation tools (e.g., DotDigital, HubSpot, Marketo).
      • CRM and audience segmentation.
      • Microsoft Excel for analytics and reporting.
      • Google Analytics and/or data visualization tools a plus.

      Additional Information

      Must be willing to work in EU time zone
