      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide critical support to Assistant Attorneys General in litigation and trial preparation
      - Analyze facts and compose legal documents and pleadings
      - Organize and maintain litigation, investigation, and discovery files
      - Research legal issues and evaluate case facts as part of ongoing investigations
      - File and serve legal documents according to court rules in various jurisdictions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Combination of three years of experience through paralegal certification, a two-year paralegal degree, or paraprofessional experience in support of an attorney
      - Experience in preparing legal pleadings and correspondence
      - Ability to ensure timely and proper service of legal documents
      - Proficiency in managing case documents and tracking discovery documents
      - Strong research skills, including verifying legal citations and references for accuracy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a legal support role, such as Paralegal or Legal Assistant
      - Familiarity with advanced litigation databases
      - Experience in a government or non-profit legal environment
      - Bilingual skills, especially in languages relevant to the community served
      - Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
