      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide routine legal support to attorneys in the Consumer Protection Division
      - Organize and maintain investigation, litigation, and compliance files
      - Prepare, review, and summarize discovery requests, including responses to Civil Investigative Demands
      - Draft legal documents in accordance with AGO policies, court rules, and statutes
      - Participate in litigation team meetings and assist in case management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A combination of four years of experience through paralegal certification, a two-year paralegal degree, or paraprofessional experience supporting an attorney
      - Three years of experience as a Paralegal 1 in Washington State Service may also qualify
      - Experience in preparing legal pleadings and correspondence, managing case documents, and tracking discovery documents
      - Strong research skills and the ability to verify legal citations and references for accuracy
      - Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in high-profile consumer protection litigation or similar legal environments
      - Bilingual or dual language skills
      - Familiarity with case management systems and document databases
      - Proven track record of managing complex legal documents and deadlines
      - Involvement in professional organizations related to legal services
