      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide advanced paralegal assistance to attorneys in the Government Compliance and Enforcement Division
      - Prepare and review client charging documents and analyze case fact situations
      - Conduct discovery by drafting interrogatories, requests for production, and contacting client agencies
      - Assist in trial and hearing preparation by drafting witness/exhibit lists and organizing key documents
      - Utilize databases to track documents and analyze information for legal proceedings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Combination of four years of experience in paralegal work, including paralegal certification or a two-year paralegal degree
      - Experience in preparing legal pleadings and ensuring timely service of legal documents
      - Ability to manage case documents, files, and exhibits
      - Strong organizational skills in tracking and organizing discovery documents
      - Research skills to verify legal citations and references for accuracy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Civil litigation experience and/or familiarity with the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) and administrative law
      - Experience working in a government or public sector legal environment
