What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Teach specific classes in the designated discipline
- Develop course syllabi and instructional materials
- Maintain records, assign grades, and assess student progress
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations of the employer
- Maintain current competence in the particular discipline or field of specialization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree plus two or more years of directly related experience
- A minimum of two years of full-time related occupational experience
- Experience working with or as a paralegal
- Adept knowledge of computer and instructional technologies
- Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or higher
- College teaching experience is a plus
