What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and the legal team, including document preparation and general office tasks
- Manage and organize legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and confidentiality standards
- Assist in filing and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with attorneys on case preparation and research
- Ensure timely communication with clients regarding case status and documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of civil litigation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and legal management software
- Prior law firm experience preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with legal management software, such as JST
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with legal terminology and processes
