What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in monitoring legal actions involving the employer, including reviewing claims and coordinating with outside counsel
- Support various corporate transactions by preparing and maintaining necessary documentation and agreements
- Conduct research on statutory and regulatory issues using legal research tools
- Review, negotiate, and finalize contracts for services provided to the employer
- Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Paralegal Certification required
- 0-1 years of related work experience required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
- Proficiency in standard office technology and legal research tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of related experience preferred
- Experience with Lexis/Westlaw legal research tools
