What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist clients under the supervision of licensed attorneys in civil legal matters
- Provide outreach and community legal education to clients and community groups
- Conduct client intake, screening, and maintain accurate client records
- Draft legal documents, file papers electronically, and interact with court staff
- Collaborate with community organizations to improve the lives of low-income individuals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree and paralegal certification preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working as a paralegal preferred
- Detail-oriented, efficient, organized, and self-motivated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and exercise good judgment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with low-income communities or community organizing
- Fluency in Spanish, both verbal and written, is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products preferred
- Excellent attendance record and readiness for a flexible work schedule
- Willingness to travel occasionally throughout the service area
