      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Refine and enhance operations to identify new cases, verify claims, and recover payments related to Medicaid
      - Research and maintain knowledge of Federal and State statutes and regulations pertaining to Third Party and Estate Recovery
      - Maintain a caseload and follow established protocols for case management
      - Investigate and document financial and medical history to support claims against probate estates or third-party settlements
      - Collaborate with probate courts, attorneys, and other entities to ensure Medicaid-related Estate Recovery cases are processed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 3 years related experience
      - Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience in a legal setting
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Knowledge of Massachusetts Statutes related to Estate Recovery and Medicaid regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Third Party Recovery or collections
      - Proficient in Probate and Real Estate Law, Wills and Trusts, and Medicaid-related insurance regulations
      - Previous experience communicating with Board of Hearings personnel and legal representatives
      - Ability to track and organize Medicaid liens in Registry of Deeds
      - Understanding of HUD settlement statements and probate-related appointments
