What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and draft motions, pleadings, judgments, statements, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation
- Maintain attorney calendars and manage case files efficiently
- Schedule appointments, court appearances, and mediation/deposition hearings
- Serve as a liaison between clients and attorneys, conducting client interviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in family law under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Completion of a nationally-accredited paralegal program is preferred
- ABA-approved paralegal certificate program or an Associate's degree in paralegal studies; Bachelor's degree is desired
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and attorneys

- Experience with trial preparation and support
- Familiarity with family law procedures and documentation
- Strong attention to detail in legal document preparation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
