      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Track and respond to legal requests such as subpoenas, small claims, and arbitration demands
      - Draft, format, and edit legal documents and correspondence
      - Conduct research on local rules and utilize Westlaw for attorney review
      - Manage case dockets, deadlines, and create first drafts of related filings
      - Communicate frequently with clients and counsel regarding document collection and review

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal
      - A four-year college degree
      - Proficiency in MS Office Products (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat or Nuance
      - Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
      - High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential materials

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a law firm, preferably in a multi-office environment
      - Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently
      - Strong skills in word processing and ability to type 65 wpm with high accuracy
      - High level of energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
