      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct client intake and screen potential clients for program eligibility
      - Provide advice and counsel under the supervision of an attorney
      - Support attorneys with case administration and coordination
      - Maintain well-organized legal files and enter accurate case information in the database
      - Assist with outreach efforts and deliver "Know Your Rights" presentations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A paralegal certificate/degree from an ABA-approved institution OR bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of law-related experience
      - Thorough knowledge of legal terminology, court rules, and procedures
      - Bilingual and biliterate in both English and Spanish (strongly preferred)
      - Demonstrated competency with MS Office and case management systems
      - Commitment to Bet Tzedek's mission to provide free legal services

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - California Notary Certificate
      - Experience in state court systems, including e-filing systems
      - At least 2 years of experience in a law firm, nonprofit, or in-house law office
      - Competency with legal databases like Lexis/Nexis and/or Westlaw
      - Exceptional organizational skills and self-motivation
