What is Required (Qualifications):

- 3 - 5+ years of paralegal and trial preparation experience

- Experience in social justice or civil rights preferred
- Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools and legal research

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 7+ years of paralegal and litigation experience
- Proficiency in non-English languages spoken by diverse communities
- Master's degree and paralegal certification a plus
