      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support and manage collections and tax caseload for legal staff, including attorneys and Chief Counsel
      - Draft, edit, issue, and serve high-quality legal documents
      - Review and prioritize client and court referrals and requests
      - Communicate effectively with coworkers, clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
      - Investigate, research, and resolve issues while assisting with technology and office automation improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Training or experience in preparing legal documents, such as drafting pleadings and organizing data
      - Experience providing administrative support in a legal office setting
      - Proficiency in proofreading documents
      - Must be eligible to work in the United States
      - Ability to undergo criminal background checks and tax compliance checks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Research experience with public records, statutes, cases, or other legal resources
      - Paralegal experience in civil or administrative cases
      - Possession of a paralegal certificate or other certifications in a legal area
