What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review internal and external content for legal and regulatory compliance
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely legal guidance
- Conduct legal research on regulatory changes and compliance requirements
- Maintain organized contract records and monitor key provisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in content review within a legal or corporate environment
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation
- Strong knowledge of contract law and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent formal training
- Excellent legal writing, editing, and analytical skills
- Proficiency with contract management systems and legal research tools
- Familiarity with compliance tracking platforms
