      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with the Chief Legal Officer to manage budgets and optimize outside counsel spending
      - Implement and maintain legal technology solutions, including an enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system
      - Develop KPIs and reporting metrics to track the performance of the legal department
      - Coordinate vendor relationships and billing processes across multiple law firms
      - Assist with preparation and filing of SEC reports, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of corporate paralegal experience, particularly supporting public company boards
      - Demonstrated contract management and legal operations experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
      - Experience with board software and contract management systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the consumer-packaged goods, food & beverage, or broader consumer products industry
      - Familiarity with fast-growth or mission-driven organizations
      - Experience implementing legal technology tools or process improvements
