      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct legal research, drafting, and verification of records under the direction of an attorney
      - Maintain up-to-date records of motions, minute entries, and decisions in the tracking system
      - Track pending decisions to ensure timely issuance
      - Assist attorneys and paralegals as needed while following the lead paralegal's directions
      - Maintain a calendar of agency matters involved in administrative hearings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must possess a current Arizona Driver's License
      - 1 to 3 years of experience working in a legal environment
      - Knowledge of American law concepts, legal research methods, and terminology
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including legal writing
      - Strong organizational and customer service skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a closely related field, and a paralegal certificate
      - Acceptable paralegal certifications include ALP, PLS, CLP, or PP from NALS or CP or AP from NALA
