      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Spearhead matter management, tracking, and reporting of department operations
      - Plan, execute, and oversee legal projects from initiation to completion
      - Identify potential legal risks and propose solutions to mitigate them
      - Lead process improvement efforts by analyzing workflows and collaborating with cross-functional teams
      - Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience working with multiple teams and levels within a matrixed organization
      - Solid technical proficiency
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to make sound judgment decisions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Legal Operations experience
      - Background in cross-functional legal support, including paralegal certification or comparable practical experience
      - Familiarity with matter management and contract management systems
      - Legal research and project management experience
      - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Visio)
