- Streamline litigation. Our niche practice has allowed us to develop templates that are utilized to drive the cases to resolution. You could help us with this endeavor by utilizing Filevine (our CRM) to generate those templates for service on defense counsel or filing with the Court, and maintaining litigation calendars
- Interface with clients. Whether we want to admit it or not, lawyers are in the service industry. One way that we can deliver a superior service to clients is through regular contact and updates, so clients are informed about the process and understand what to expect. Answering client calls and assisting in gathering information for discovery are key additions that will help us as well.

Remote Paralegal
Loker Law needs your expertise! We are a consumer protection law firm representing victims of identity theft and remedying inaccurate credit reporting. We love to give a voice to clients who have otherwise been silenced by multi-billion-dollar corporations.
We are looking for a paralegal who can:
Responsibilities
• Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings such as complaints, interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits, under the supervision of a lawyer
Qualifications
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and talent for writing and grammar
• 3 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting
• Strong preference for candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have an advanced paralegal education
• Candidates should possess high-level organizational skills, and time-management skills
• Candidates must have completed an ABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate's degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelor's degree preferredAbout the company
