      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor bankruptcy email inbox and review daily Chapter 11 filings, identifying relevant cases
      - Assist attorneys with research, preparation, and revision of pleadings and settlement agreements in collections litigation
      - Analyze and update regulatory compliance reference charts using Westlaw and other research tools
      - Prepare and manage documents for signature via DocuSign, including custom contract templates
      - Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance legal research and workflow efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal certification preferred
      - 3+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience, ideally in litigation and regulatory compliance (5+ preferred)
      - Proficiency with Westlaw, Excel, SharePoint, Word, and DocuSign
      - Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

      - Experience and enthusiasm for using AI-powered legal research and productivity tools
