What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage cases and assist clients while working closely with attorneys
- Conduct legal research and prepare for trial by organizing exhibits and coordinating witnesses
- Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings under the supervision of a lawyer
- Conduct client interviews to gather information about legal issues
- Draft subpoenas and coordinate with process servers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal services under an attorney in a law firm setting
- Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal certificate program, with an Associate's degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Must be able to work in the office in Santa Rosa, California

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Completion of a paralegal professional certification or advanced paralegal education
