      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and organize pretrial case materials and assist with case documentation
      - Conduct legal research and draft various legal documents, including motions and pleadings
      - Coordinate witness appearances and assist attorneys in preparation for court proceedings
      - Manage discovery processes, including drafting and calendaring requests
      - Communicate with court personnel, clients, and other stakeholders regarding case status

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a paralegal
      - Paralegal Certificate from a recognized Paralegal/Legal Assistant program
      - Knowledge of federal, state, local, and county laws and regulations
      - Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with high-volume discovery processes
      - Familiarity with cases filed in Texas State Courts
      - Proficiency in legal terminology and document preparation
      - Ability to train and supervise clerical support staff
      - Strong analytical skills in summarizing legal information
